Premier Goalie Training | Charlotte, NC
Empty Net Academy (ENA) is Charlotte's dedicated lacrosse goalie academy. We deliver advanced, position-specific training for boys and girls, from beginners through top high school goalies, locally, so families do not need to go out of state to receive top-quality goalie training. Led by experienced goalies and coaches, ENA focuses on proper technique, mental prep, and modern goalie play through efficient weekend academies and seasonal camps.
Upcoming events
Weekend Goalie Academies
Hour and a half to two-hour sessions on Saturdays and Sundays (option for Fridays). Girls and boys, from beginner through advanced HS goalies. 10-15 goalies per session, scalable as needed. Up to 3 trainers on-site.
Holiday & Break Camps
Spring break, holidays, and select summer days. These sessions can be up to 4+ hours (with breaks included) or full-day formats with advanced drills, film review, mental training, and competition.
Additional shooters will be provided for these events.
Club & Team Partnerships
We hope to collaborate with local club teams, such as Team Carolina, Style, and NinetyOne, as well as public and private schools, to train their goalkeepers on a day off, minimizing scheduling conflicts. These sessions would help goalies receive the proper training they need to excel on the field that they may not receive during regular practice.
