Empty Net Academy (ENA) is a specialized lacrosse goalie training academy based in the Charlotte, NC area. ENA fills a major gap by offering advanced, position-specific training for beginners through elite advanced goalies. Our experienced goalie coaches emphasize proper technique, mental preparation, and modern goalie play. ENA primarily operates weekend academies and seasonal camps to deliver elite instruction efficiently and affordably.

Services Offered

Weekend Goalie Academies: 2-hour sessions on Saturdays & Sundays (option for Fridays). Girls and Boys from  beginner through advanced HS. 10-15 goalies per session, scalable. Up to 3 trainers on-site.

Holiday & Break Camps: Spring break, holidays, and select summer days. 4+ hour or full-day events with advanced drills, film review, mental skills, and competition.

Club & Team Partnerships: Coordinate with club teams' schedules; private team sessions or discounted group rates.
